A redesign was in order for the Hopkinton Chamber website. Originally designed as a static HTML/CSS website, I moved the existing content into a brand new WordPress framework. Now members can make timely contributions to the site themselves with blog entries, event updates, and other important chamber business without waiting for me to put changes in for them. The net result is greatly improved communications to chamber members which had previously be lacking greatly.

The CAA website was recently moved over to a WordPress platform which I developed using the Thesis theme. Keeping the same format as the previous site, the look is pretty much the same but now with great functionality. Board members now can keep the website up-to-date themselves as needed. The 3 column layout can be carried consistently through the entire website so calendar events and other sidebar widgets can be seen on every page on the site.

The Hopkinton Music Association was in need of new logo and website. One of the greatest needs of this volunteer group was to replace the time consuming and costly production of a program book that is passed out at all of their concerts. Making all this material available online through their new website cuts their costs greatly and gives them the ability to make updates to concert and rehearsal schedules as needed. This was a personal favorite project of mine. I jumped at the opportunity work with the HMA, as the Hopkinton Music Program gave my kids so much through the years in the Hopkinton school system and created a wonderful supportive community for them to grow and become strong individuals. Kudos to all of you!

The Hopkinton Community Endownment was looking to update their site and build in more functionality with the ability to maintain on their end. The new look was designed to display aspects of the community Hopkinton residents know and love as well as to keep the site up to date with sponsors and upcoming events.

Marathon 2010 is a world-wide celebration of the 2,500th anniversary of the Battle of Marathon, Greece, heralded as a milestone event in human history. The Hopkinton Athletic Association, which facilitates the annual running of the Boston Marathon, was needing a website to honor and publicize this event to the world in hopes to get other marathon communities throughout the world to also recognize and partake in the celebration of this milestone event. This site was built with WordPress and Thesis.

The MSO was looking for a fresh new look for their website and logo. They wanted to use the site to communicate rehearsal schedule changes as well as to announce their upcoming concerts. The site was built with WordPress with the Thesis theme. The volunteer orchestra members took over the maintenance of their site very smoothly and were able to add many plugin features on their own.

This non-profit organization was looking for an updated website. The original site was designed to appeal to women clients exclusively and this fast growing agency had an immediate need to direct their message to both men and women clients.

This site was developed for a local cultural arts group which occupies space in an old dairy farm. After maintaining the website for this group for a couple of years, I redesigned the site and logo to capture some of the wonderful characteristics of the buildings.
